In supersession of the definition of Broadband contained in the Broadband Policy, 2004 and in consonance with point 1.5 of part IV (Strategies) contained in the National Telecom Policy-2012 and after consideration of the recommendation of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, the Central Government is pleased to revise the definition of Broadband as follows :—(Extraordinary Gazette) - Ministry of Commerce and Industry
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I), the Directorate General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies a SION bearing number A-3644 in respect of the export product “Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate (Active Matter 69% min.)”.
