   The Central Govt. hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, These rules may be called the Central Motor Vehicles (2nd Amendment) Rules, 2014.

   The Central Govt, in consideraton of the necessity to import export Ammonium Nitrate in public interest, hereby notifies Jawaharlal Nehru Port for import export of Ammonium Nitrate, in bagged form, in-out of India by sea.
