1. Reserve Bank of India
   These Regulations may be called the Foreign Exchange Management (Acquisition and Transfer of Immovable Property in India) (Amendment) Regulations, 2015.
2. Ministry of Corporate Affairs
   The Central Govt. hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Declaration and Payment of Dividend) Rules, 2014, These rules may be called the Companies (Declaration and Payment of Dividend) (Amendment) Rules, 2015.
3. Ministry of Corporate Affairs
   The Central Govt. hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014, These rules may be called the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Amendment Rules, 2015.
