   DRAFT RULES These rules may be called the Central Motor Vehicles (3rd Amendment) Rules, 2013.

   DRAFT RULES. These rules may be called the Central Motor Vehicles (4th Amendment) Rules, 2013.
3. Ministry of Finance
   The Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby determines that the rate of exchange of conversion of each of the foreign currency specified in column 2 of each of Schedule I and Schedule II annexed hereto into Indian currency or vice versa shall, with effect from 18th October, 2013.
4. Ministry of Road Transport and Highways
   The Central Govt. hereby exempts agricultural trailers from the purview of sub-rule (3) of rule 97 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 further for a period of two years i.e., up to 31st August, 2014.
5. Ministry of Commerce and Industry
   Mono cartons to be treated as primary level packaging of export consignment of pharmaceuticals and drugs.
