The Guidelines for Tariff based Competitive-bidding Guidelines for Transmission Service had been notified vide Resolution No. 11-5-2005-PG (i), dated 13th April, 2006 and as amended from time to time under the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003. - Ministry of Women and Child Development
The Central Govt hereby makes the following rules, These rules may be called the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Rules, 2013. - Ministry of Women and Child Development
The Central Govt. hereby appoints the 9th day of December, 2013 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force. [Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Rules, 2013]
