The Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013. [An Act to provide for the establishment of a body of Lokpal for the Union and Lokayukta for States to inquire into allegations of corruption against certain public functionaries and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. - Ministry of Commerce and Industry
Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby withdraws Notification No. 34(RE-2012)/2009-2014 dated 08.02.2013, with immediate effect.
